The IAVE–IBM Reskilling Revolution Africa (RRA) – SkillsBuild project provides free digital and professional skills training to young people across Africa through the IBM SkillsBuild platform. With a target of 35,000 learners from Kenya, Ethiopia, and South Africa, the project relies on engaging, relevant, and context-specific digital content to motivate learners, support their soft skills development, and drive successful course completion. To achieve this, the project seeks Online Volunteer Content Creators who will develop high-quality multimedia content tailored to youth and adult learners. This content will complement the SkillsBuild online curriculum by providing simplified explanations, motivational messages, career insights, and practical learning aids. The role supports digital inclusion, enhances learner engagement, and strengthens the overall learning experience for thousands of youth across Africa.

Producing short video clips or reels (optional based on the volunteer’s skills). Creating career tips, soft skills guides, and job-readiness posts tailored to African youth.
