The volunteer will support AYM's mission of creating employment and economic opportunities for African youth by improving how website visitors interact with fundraising campaigns, volunteer opportunities, project initiatives, and organizational programs.
Objectives
1. Design and improve fundraising landing pages that encourage visitors to donate and support AYM's youth employment initiatives.
2. Design and improve volunteer recruitment pages that increase volunteer registrations and participation.
3. Create project-specific landing pages that clearly communicate goals, impact, activities, and opportunities for involvement.
4. Improve calls-to-action, page layouts, content flow, and user experience to increase visitor engagement and conversions.
5. Support the promotion of youth employment, entrepreneurship, agriculture, education, technology, healthcare, and community development programs.
6. Create campaign landing pages that support fundraising initiatives, awareness campaigns, volunteer recruitment efforts, and special projects.
7. Collaborate with website, SEO, content, fundraising, and digital advertising volunteers to improve campaign performance.
8. Develop recommendations that improve conversion rates, donor engagement, volunteer participation, and stakeholder support.
9. Help establish landing page best practices that can be used for future campaigns and fundraising efforts.

AYM works to create employment and economic opportunities for African youth through initiatives in entrepreneurship, agriculture, education, technology, healthcare, ecotourism, and community development. As the organization expands its programs and outreach efforts, AYM seeks to strengthen its digital presence and improve the effectiveness of key website pages that support fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and stakeholder engagement.
The volunteer will work closely with the Digital Growth Team Coordinator, Website Optimization and Elementor Specialist, SEO and Content Optimization Specialist, and Google Ad Grants Specialist to create and improve landing pages that encourage visitors to take meaningful action.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing fundraising, volunteer, and project pages and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and optimize fundraising landing pages that increase donor engagement and online donations.
- Design and optimize volunteer recruitment landing pages that increase volunteer registrations and participation.
- Create project-specific landing pages that clearly communicate goals, activities, outcomes, and opportunities for support.
- Improve calls-to-action, page structure, content flow, and visitor engagement.
- Develop landing pages for youth employment, entrepreneurship, agriculture, education, and community development initiatives.
- Support campaign-specific landing pages for fundraising drives, volunteer recruitment campaigns, and public awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with SEO, website, content, analytics, and advertising volunteers to improve campaign performance.
