The organization has ongoing initiatives in girls’ education sponsorship, household economic strengthening, and community-based resilience, and works in collaboration with local government and development partners.

Context

As ERONet expands its work in rural and refugee-hosting communities in Lamwo District, there is a need to improve how the organization presents itself to donors, partners, and stakeholders. A strong organizational profile is critical for: Attracting funding and partnerships Supporting engagement with NGOs, UN agencies, and government actors Clearly communicating ERONet’s impact and strategic focus The volunteer’s contribution will help position ERONet as a credible and fundable local organization working in a high-need, underserved context.

Task Description

The volunteer will: Review existing ERONet documents (current profile, strategic plan draft, reports, and website) Restructure and rewrite the organizational profile into a clear, concise, and compelling format (2–3 pages) Align the profile with ERONet’s refined strategic focus areas (girls’ education, economic strengthening, and community resilience) Highlight key programs, partnerships, and results in a way that is attractive to donors and partners Ensure the language is professional, clear, and suitable for external audiences (NGOs, UN agencies, donors) Incorporate storytelling elements and impact-oriented messaging The assignment will be carried out remotely through: Email communication and document sharing 1–2 virtual meetings (if needed) for clarification and feedback Draft review and finalization based on comments from ERONet The final deliverable will be a well-structured, donor-friendly organizational profile ready for use in partnerships and fundraising.
