This assignment focuses on developing Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) curricula aligned with standards of the Curriculum Development Assessment and Certification Council to support skills development and community empowerment. It targets certification programs in Project Management (ten knowledge areas), Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Strategic Management and Leadership, Communication, and Project Planning, aimed at equipping grassroots communities with practical, market-relevant skills for employment, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance

The task involves the design and development of Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) curricula to support skills development and community empowerment in line with the institute’s mission. Starting with the following certification program: Monitoring and Evaluation, Project planning and management, strategic Management and Leadership, communication etc
