Mission WOPA aims to inspire, equip, and empower Women and girls to overcome hardships and create real change in their communities and lives. To effect positive change in the lives of women, girls and children across Liberia through collaboration, service projects, mentorship, and advocacy in order to uplift and empower women and girls. Vision Our vision is to reduce poverty in the lives of women and girls and to help them [overcome societal challenges] and [realize their ability to create societal impact and improve their lives].

Context

In Liberia, women and girls continue to face systemic challenges poverty, limited access to education, gender-based violence, and underrepresentation in leadership. Despite these barriers, they remain resilient, resourceful, and deeply rooted in community life. WOPA was born out of a desire to harness that resilience and transform it into purpose-driven action. Skills and experience

Candidates should have in-depth understanding of concept of call for proposal and experience in quality proposal writing. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, certificate in proposal writing, Degree in project writing, Creative Writing or equivalent work experience. - 2+ years of proposal writing experience preferred. - High level of attention to detail. - Minimum of Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite. - High level of personal organization. - Ability to consistently met deadlines. Professional level of verbal and written English is required.
