Mission
The mission of this assignment is to help the 21st Century African Youth Movement (AYM) identify, research, and develop strategic partnership opportunities that can strengthen programs focused on youth employment, entrepreneurship, education, agriculture, technology, and community development across Africa.
The volunteer will support AYM's efforts to expand its network of partners, donors, development organizations, academic institutions, private-sector actors, and international agencies whose goals align with the organization's mission to create employment and economic opportunities for African youth.
Objectives
1. Research organizations, institutions, foundations, and networks that align with AYM's mission and strategic priorities.
2. Identify partnership opportunities that can support youth employment, entrepreneurship, education, agriculture, technology, healthcare, and community development initiatives.
3. Research funding opportunities, grants, and resource mobilization prospects relevant to AYM programs.
4. Develop profiles of potential partners, donors, and collaborating organizations.
5. Prepare partnership opportunity briefs and recommendation reports.
6. Identify conferences, forums, networks, and events that may support AYM's growth and visibility.
7. Develop and maintain a database of potential partners and strategic opportunities.
8. Support the identification of opportunities for collaboration with international organizations, academic institutions, corporations, foundations, and nonprofit organizations.
9. Provide strategic recommendations for partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
10. Contribute research that supports AYM's long-term growth, sustainability, and impact.

The volunteer will help identify organizations, institutions, foundations, corporations, development agencies, academic institutions, and networks whose goals align with AYM's mission.
