Social Media, Analytics and Marketing and Social Listening

At least 3 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level in digital media, including technical skills and hands-on experience in managing social media platforms. - Excellent English oral and written skills; excellent drafting, formulation, and reporting skills. - Experience in using tools, including Canva, Adobe, etc., to produce and edit content. - Experience in social media analytics for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and broadcast channels. - Experience in using social media analytics tools to produce reports, manage scheduling and community management. - Experience in using social listening tools and producing detailed reports on social listening is an asset. - Excellent interpersonal skills; culturally and socially sensitive; ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with a range of partners, including grassroots community members, youth, and authorities at different levels. - Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging environment; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international and national personnel. - Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and email/internet; familiarity with database management; and office technology equipment. - Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervison; ability to work with tight deadlines. - Experience in photography, videography, and editing photos and videos for social media is an asset. - Experience working in the UN or other international development organisations is an asset. - Knowledge of Hindi or any other local language is an asset.
